About pillow poop – when I was a kid we had a lovely mutt named Sandy. My mother and Sandy didn’t see eye to eye on things, and when the dispute led to a scolding or swat with a newspaper, Sandy would take revenge by pooping on my mother’s side of the bed when she left for work. Either that or he would take all her shoes from her closet and drop them down the stairs, so when we came home at the end of the day, we’de open the door and there would be shoes at our feet. …Many. and only my moms.
Gotta love those smart mutts.
Tell her the speed stripes are slimming. Then give her a snuggle for me, too (nowhere near the pillow.)
At least she isn’t suffering from dog coat paralysis. I’ve had dogs that when shoved into a dog coat would stand there completely unable to move until the offending coat was removed.

I love the racing stripes. Tell Licorice that her fellow little dog Lucky says the walk is worth the humiliation of the coat. And it does keep the dog from shivering so violently that the leash vibrates in your hand.

V stylish. And let her know that our dog in Alaska escaped the coat but had the ignominy of wearing dog booties (at least when we could wrestle her into them). I told her all the cool dogs did it – I even showed her evidence from the Iditarod. She was not impressed. I think Licorice is getting off lightly!
Adorable . . . where did you find it?? I’ve been trying to locate something like that for my 2 small dogs . . . who HATE to be dressed in anything. That coat looks comfortable and not confining and it fits her perfectly.
While you give her the much deserved rawhide – tell her she looks super speedy and fit! Sporty Licorice!

So cute! We bought a sweater a few years ago when taking our small dog up North for Christmas (we live in Florida). We also got her a t-shirt to wear in the car to minimize the dog hair everywhere. She was very put out at first, but then decided that she liked it so much that we ended up keeping a t-shirt on her year-round. If she wasn’t wearing one, she would run over to us as soon a we held one up.
FYI – Target often has snarky dog tees for $5 or less – you’re welcome. :)
Aww she’s such a good wittle puppy! I have a little poodle who looks just like Licorice except white. A friend of mine gave her a doggy Snuggy for Christmas last year, it is TOOO freakin’ cute and my dog HATES it! She will barely move, and just sits there and glares at me when I put it on her. Then she flops down all dramatically and heaves a big SIGH. It’s hilarious, of course.
