Sleep is for the Week sounds good–haven’t read it yet. But one of your comments asked about, ‘The book of mom’ by Taylor Wilshire. I read that book and couldn’t put it down. You really should check it out, it’s funny and has good advice for moms. I don’t see the value in self-help tools and meditation but did see the value in that book. I am going to read her first book, have you read that?
