It is a teeny envelope. It says on the outside, "Please return to Dr. So and So." Well, I just refuse to, because Dr. So and So is an asshole. So fuck him! So, I probably would have bypassed signing them out. But you know, maybe not, because your doctor doesn't sound like an asshole.
